Our ICMS 2013 conference is striving to be the most renowned scientific gathering of distinguished scientists in the field of molecular spectroscopy focusing on materials and biological systems and will be the 12th in a series of conferences devoted to broadly understood molecular spectroscopy. These very exciting events started in Wrocław in October 1991 and during the 2nd ICMS in 1993 r, Sir H. W. Kroto (before his Nobel Prize) delivered two lectures and was the Honorary President of International Advisory Committee during the 5th ICMS in 1999. We are pleased to inform you that Sir Harold W. Kroto accepted our invitation to attend ICMS 2013 and agreed to be the Honorary President of its International Advisory Committee. The main topics of Conference are:applications of spectroscopic and quantum mechanical methods to the studies of: properties of molecules, molecular recognition, non-covalent interactions, molecular biological systems, nanomaterials, modeling - simulation.
