In accordance with the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement, the Mainland and Macao Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement and their Supplements, Origin Standards of Newly Added Zero-tariff Commodities of Hong Kong since January 1, 2007 (hereinafter referred to as Hong Kon g Standards) (see Appendix 1) and Origin Standards of Newly Added Zero-tariff Commodities of Macao since January 1, 2007 (hereinafter referred to as Macao Standards) (see Appendix 2) are now promulgated and shall be put into effect as from January 1, 2007.
Hong Kong Standards and Macao Standards use the simplified name of the commodity, the range of which is in line with the commodity of corresponding Tariff No. listed in the Customs Tariff of Import and Export of the People's Republic of China.
Appendix: 1. Origin Standards of Newly Added Zero-tariff Commodities of Hong Kong since January 1, 2007 2. Origin Standards of Newly Added Zero-tariff Commodities of Macao since January 1, 2007
