Main uses: Fiber separator is a separating machine which according to the air suspension theory separates the mixed powder stuff into the light part and the heavy part.
Its main structure includes: electric motor, close wind device, stuff-feeding hopper, main shaft, buffer ring, adjusting ring, stuff –separating disk, vortex ring, separating and selecting device, bearing, and so on.
Principle and character: Under the wind conveying effect, the stuff falls to the high-speed spinning stuff-separating disk through the close wind device and the stuff-feeding hopper. Under the effect of eccentricity, the stuff is fully scattered, and is thrown at the buffer ring. In the falling process, the heavier stuff, under the effect of crossing current made from the rotor, through the lamina of the adjusting ring, slides to the thick stuff collector in the separating-selecting device to be collected, then to be emitted out through the close wind device; while the lighter stuff, fine powder or fiber, under the effect of the crossing current, together with the current in the wind-drawing hole above the rotor, is carried to the fine powder collector in the lower separating-selecting device, then to be emitted out through the close wind device.; The mixed gas in the separating-selecting device, after fine powder or fiber is collected, becomes clean air, which, in the rotation process of the rotor, is drawn in through the wind-drawing hole in the middle beneath the rotor, through the vortex ring and the adjusting ring, flows back through the wind-drawing hole in the middle above the rotor, forming the automatic circulation. Under this principle, the stuff is separated into light part and heavy part. In the work process, the separating effect can be regulated by adjusting the position of the adjusting ring.
