The Principle of Pressure swing adsorption Nitrogen Generators :
It uses carbon molecular sieve as sorbent, and generate nitrogen according to Pressure swing adsorption principle. That is, to obtain the N2 of needed purity should firstly complete the separation of O2 and N2 after close and open of program control valve, compression adsorption, and decompression desorbing. Taking use of the adsorbance difference between oxygen and nitrogen in the surface of carbon molecular sieve, i.e. the diffusion adsorption of the carbon molecular sieve to O2 is larger than N2.
