The extruer can extrude plastic directly after double-stage mixing,and also can extrud in doule-stage method after pelletizing,which save electricity and space,features high extrusion capacity and stable extrusion capacity and stable extrusion pressure.The preheat feeding device is installed on the top of the main machine,which can extract most of the moist in the wood powder,make a bettrt feeding,with exvellent melting effect.The optimized screw design results in a small shear,which makes it hard to cut the wood fiber,therefore,enables a stable dwell time of the material in the machine.The screw and barrel were under of bimetal treatment,so they have the advantages of corrosion-resistance and wearresistance,long service life.
