The extruder is controlled by PLC or temperature controller to reach precise and accurate temperature controlling, which highly guarantees the plasticization capacity; Special designed screw ensures high efficiency and high output; The high rigidity and low noise bevel gears makes sure a reliable and stable extrusion performance and long service life;
The distributor of the Die head for PP, PPR, PE pipe is designed into spiral style or basket style. The large flowing space ensures an enough dwell time of the material; the pipes produced are of small internal stress and smooth surface; the design of the mould is of high flexibility, it is able to molding all kinds of PP, PE, PPR pipes (two-layer, three-layer or four-layer).
The multi-layer pipe production line is our company’s newly developed machine, take the 3-layer pipe production line for example, the inner and outer layers use new material, and the middle layer uses recycled plastic + fiber glass material, this design highly increases the strength and tensile of pipes, at the same time lower the production cost.
