Specification & Usage
The PVC, PE single wall corrugated pipe has the advantages of high-temperature resistance, corrosion-resistance, anti-wear and high tenacity; the pipes are mainly used for electricity wire sleeve, wire sleeve in cars, protection wire sleeve, machine tool, food packaging machines, electrical mobiles, engineering installation, lamps and lanterns, automated instrument, etc.
Polypropylene (PP), temperature range: － 20℃-110℃; oil-proof, acid and alkali-resistance, the black pipe is resistant to the ultraviolet radiation.
Polythene (PE), temperature range: － 40℃-80℃; oil-proof, acid and alkali-resistance, the black pipe is resistant to the ultraviolet radiation.
PVC, temperature range: － 10℃-95℃ oil-proof, acid and alkali-resistance, the black pipe is resistant to the ultraviolet radiation.
Machine Characteristics: Special designed screw and mould; the convenient and reliable changing of the mould have solved the problems of easy wear of the barrel and hard foamed of the material; the corrugated forming mould blocks that touching the pipe are cooled by inner circulation water, higly increases the forming speed; use Korea Autonic meter counter for accurate metering; the complete production line is running fast, stably and easy to operate.
