WPC Profile Extrusion Line
The extruder can extrude plastic directly after double-stage mixing, and also can extrude in double-stage method after pelletizing, which save electricity and space, features high extrusion capacity and stable extrusion pressure. The preheat feeding device is installed on the top of the main machine, which can extract most of the moist in the wood powder, make a better feeding, with excellent melting effect. The optimized screw design results in a small shear, which makes it hard to cut the wood fiber, therefore, enables a stable dwell time of the material in the machine. The screw and barrel were under of bimetal treatment, so they have the advantages of corrosion-resistance and wear-resistance, long service life.
