Our main project involves the evaluation of an improved manifold for the creation of multivalent, multispecific or multifunctional antibody derivatives, in order to obtain recombinant antibody-based anti-cancer reagents. The ultimate goal is to evaluate new opportunities to immunotherapeutic approaches using recombinant antibody derivatives.
We also develop technology to further improve the chance on successful heterologous expression in E. coli, especially cytokines. |
