Abstract：We chose hydrochloric acid precipitation method to prepare nano-silica aerogel and adjusted hydrochloric acid's concentration, the quantity of additive, the temperature of the reaction system, and pH-value. We analysised and researched silica aerogel's structure with XRD and SEM, obtained silica aerogel product with small particle size and good character.
