Abstract：Using ELS abluent react with copper, the result is studied that the copper can be eliminated with ELS abluent. According to many experiments, it is proved that the cleaning result more increase in ELS than in kerosene; ELS abluent have a certain result when ELS abluent's temperature is under 0℃. There is the best cleaning result in 10 hours and hardly in 120 hours， mean while ELS detergent doesn't corrode cannon's bore material.
