Abstract：Phenol alkylating catalyst has experienced a succesion of variations from liquid acid to oxide to ion exchange resin, zeolite molecular sieve as a kind of new alkylating catalyst, with it unique structure and characteristics and adjustable sourness, aperture and etc, become a relatinely ideal catalyst. This paper discusses the reaction mechanism of phenal alkylating catalyst, and its developing process would be summarized in this paper. |
