Abstract：Synthesis of dibutyrate nylon acids from nylon acids and butanol by the reaction of direct esterification and distillation under reduced pressure,using solid acid as catalyst. Factors such as the amount of catalyst, moisture of feed and mixture ratio, reaction temperature and time, the distilling pressure were studied in a production equipment of dibutylester of nylon acids. The optimal technological conditions are as follows:① for esterification, amount of catalyst is 1.0%～1.5% of the total mass of reactants, n(C4H9OH)∶n(HOOC(CH2)nCOOH)=2.2∶1.0, and the reaction is carried out at 145～155 ℃ for 9～10 h with agitation. ②the ester is distilled under reduced pressure≤5.0 kPa.
